What is PawPaw?

Your dog or cat may often walk over rocks, soil, thorns and other harsh terrain, even if confined to your yard. Unlike us humans, our pets don’t have foot-protection in the form of shoes and although their paws and paw-pads are much tougher than our feet, they do sometimes suffer from cuts, wounds, bruising, cracks and even burns. You should check and care for your pets’ paws regularly to treat any injuries and prevent infections. Your pet’s paws are an important tool – and need extra care and attention. Taking care of your cat or dog’s paws should form part of your grooming routine. For cats, claws are kept trim by scratching on a pet post, but most cats love a paw massage – gently pushing back the pad to reveal the claws. For dogs, getting them to let you touch their paws may be difficult. Start by touching their paws gently every day, or tapping clippers on their paws. Gradually build up to a point at which your dog will let you trim their nails and handle their paws. Always periodically inspect your pet’s paws for foreign material and always dry off your pet’s paws if they have been walking in a wet area.

PetAlive PawPaw contains a blend of natural, healing and cleansing ingredients in a soothing olive oil base to effectively condition the paws and pads as well as treat any small wounds or injuries to the paw pads. Cleansing with PetAlive Clenzor is recommended.

PetAlive PawPaw contains the following 100% natural, herbal ingredients extracted in a base of medicinal olive oil: Hypericum perforatum, Calendula officinalis (Marigold), Plantago lanceolata,
