This is my very precious cat Danya, a Russian Blue from Azreal Russians in Cape Town. He was born in April 2006 and just turned 1. He is a clown of note. He just parks off – he loves being slung over the shoulder or just sit wherever as long as he is in the company of somebody and gets attention. In the morning he greets me with a purrr and a head butt and if you still don’t move then out come the claws for a little scalp massage, and if you still don’t move well then we have to use more drastic measures and suffocate the slave by sitting on her head until she gasps for air.
He loves flicking elastic bands and playing soccer with rubber balls.

Danya is currently an only child, but my favorite kitty breeder is hard at work as we are hoping to get a companion for him this year still.

In May 2007, I sent in some pictures of my Russian Blue boy Azreal Danya and mentioned that my cat breeder, Leanne Hewitt in Cape Town was hard at work to produce a little companion for Danya as well as us human slaves. This is the result of her hard work.

Azreal Gucci Koshka aka. Marmite, my beloved little Russian Black Boy born in August 2007. He was the first born of a litter of 6 Russians which included 4 Russian Blacks and 2 Russian Blues. 2007 was the very first time that Russian Black’s were bred and born in South Africa.

He joined our family in November 2007 and attended his first Cat Show on the 1st March 2008. Just like Danya, Marmite is the other great love of my life. Marmite is a sweet, tender, and loving kitten. We are very happy to have him in our family and love him to bits.

In the mean time Danya will be 2 years old in April and he has become an amazing looking cat!!!!!!
